Exchanges or returns
You can exchange your purchased item for another item or return it within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Report your exchange or return by sending an email to info@ruitersport-levade.nl and include your name, order number, product and reason for exchange or return. You can then return the package (at your own expense) to the postal address below.
We must receive the return within 7 calendar days.
The purchase amount will be refunded within 7 calendar days (after we receive your package) to the account number used to pay for the order.

Return Form
Please include the return form filled out completely with your return shipment.
Packaging
We expect you to return the item(s) properly and in the same packaging.
Exchanges
If we still have the desired item(s) in stock we will ship them to you as soon as possible, and in any case within 5 business days.
Refund
The purchase amount + delivery charges will be refunded within 7 days (after we receive your package) to the account number used to pay for the order.
Conditions
Returned items must show no signs of use or damage and should be returned In the original packaging. Products that are damaged, incomplete or in a condition that makes the product unsaleable can cannot be accepted. Please remember this when trying on a saddle pad, blanket, etc. We cannot take back items with hair and/or stains.
Returns?
If you are a smoker, please be careful not to smoke while trying the products or leave them in a room with a lot of smoky smell. The smell is impossible to remove without washing so such an odor may cause the return not to be accepted.Also watch out for food smells, unfortunately these are also impossible to remove without having to wash or steam the item. This therefore makes the product unsellable for us.
