Equiline Cover Per X-Cel Dress
Custom made accessory for Equiline's X-Cel Dressage stirrups. The covers are made of high quality ABS and available with glitter or silicone inserts. The loss of a small amount of microcrystals from the X-CEL cover is perfectly normal due to a manufacturing defect.
